What is Property Staging?

Property staging – or Home Staging – is the process of installing furniture, soft furnishings, artwork and accessories into a property for sale or rent. This attracts more online views, which leads to more interest in the property, more offers – and ultimately a higher price being achieved.

It’s a simple concept, yet vendors are still leaving money on the table by offering their property to the market empty.

Most buyers won’t be able to visualise how an empty property can become their home. Empty rooms appear smaller and don’t show potential buyers how the space can be used.

When should you stage a property?
